I got angry after I left. Called and spoke to a manager who said I shouldve been handled better. Asked me to come back by and renewed our membership at no charge. This is the first time I've ever had a problem at Sam's. Glad I called.
Fantastic. Very Hospitable and Friendly staff and greeters. Travelling from Houston to Dallas. Was very impressed that we were allowed to come in with our food and spend our break time before continuing our journey.
Bathrooms very durty all together, this Sam's needs a complete make over. Every Sam's in general should invest time, money and transportation on Management and employees so they can go see what stealth Sam's looks like. Go see Sam's in Denton off of IH35 immaculately organized and clean. Employees always willing to assist. Not just standing around .
Went to order a 2-tier cake for a baby shower...the ladies at the bakery of the Waco store are always extremely nice and helpful. Also wanted some plums, couldn't find any but I asked the young man in produce and he immediately went and got me a bag from the back. Loved the service and smiles at Sam's Waco today...!
Came in to grab some things, I live 30 minutes away. Did not realize my card had just expired (This month). They would not let me purchase my goods! I may never shop at Sam's again. I have had a card for over 17 years!
This Sam's Club has special early hours for Plus and Business members. It opens at 7 a.m. for them and 9 a.m. for regular members. Great selection.
