There great. Always had my phone returned the same day within an hour or two. The only bad thing I can say is I wish they had more options of cases, but they repair things not sell things.
Every time I come here, they do a great job fixing my phone (or my wife’s Phone) very quickly. The guys are friendly and patient, and are easy to deal with.
The screen they replaced on my phone failed within 10 minutes, but they took it right back and installed another new new one. It's nice to see businesses stand by their work. The new screen is working good.
The guys were very polite, professional and quick once the screen did come on. I certainly would recommend them to others. Just hope their return time is better than what we got. I know things happen but just sharing my story.
I'm giving them 5 stars for the wonderful job they did repairing my phone. However, we were told that that our screen would be there in 2 days but it ended up 7 days later.
The way service-oriented business is supposed to be! I went in with questions and had all of them answered without any attempt to sell me unnecessary equipment or charge fees for exchange of information. Wish they sold tires, too!
