My 85 year old mother had an appointment with Dr. Goodnight. He was rude, showed no concern to her knee problem. The appointment was a waste of time. When asked about getting shots in her knee, he acted like it was an inconvenience for him. Would never go to him again.
Dr Jerry Benham has performed 2 knee replacements on my wife and rotator-cuff surgery on me. He is an excellent surgeon and a very caring physician. Both he and all of the staff at the clinic are both professional and attentive. Highly recommend Waco Orthopedic Clinic
I wouldn't even give them 1 star. The front desk staff is terrible, and very rude. My sister was in a car accident where she broke her hand and needed to be seen by an orthopedic dr. She called and called and called, trying to schedule an appointment, but no one ever returned her call, they hadn't even opened her files from the hospital yet. She practically had to beg them to check her files because she was running low on pain medicine and needed to be prescribed more. She finally got an appt 3 days later. After her appt, she was told that her medicine would be called in. Was it? No. She went 2 days without medicine THAT WAS PRESCRIBED FOR A BROKEN HAND. I finally called to see what was taking them so long to send over the prescription and made them keep me on the phone until I received confirmation that the pharmacy had received the prescription. If I hadn't of called, my sister would've went TWO MORE DAYS without pain medicine. No one was ever apologetic about this situation.
