I had to move away from Waco, but while there she treated all 5 of my kids and me and was very respectful of my beliefs regarding medical and my kids.
Where do i even began! I had an apointment today at 3.00pm so I arrive 20 minutes early and I didn't get attended till 4.30pm!! It was the nurse practitioner and she was totally clueless, she just repeated everything I told her then she said she was gonna do an exam to see what my results would be so she leaves the room, comes back and says Dr. BURBRIDGE said were not gonna do an exam for you!!! I don't even know Dr. BURBRIDGE I only know Cathy Dr. BURBRIDGE! He didn't even see me so how would he even decide well then I demanded a exam and the nurse didn't even know where to start the other nurse Brittney had to tell her.. horrible service horrible experience let's see how much my bill statement comes to be what a waste of time!!! I'm so disappointed never ever will i be coming here again!
She is a wonderful DO for all ages. From baby to adult.
Dr Cathy Burbidge listens well & is very compassionate. She caught my baby's pneumonia when other drs could not and he kept getting sicker.
