I was told there was a new store manager. Regardless, the dressing rooms were full of clothes left by customers. The rack in the dressing room was full of clothes. There was 1 cashier on the week of Mothers Day, she was great but they were working her like a dog. Wonder where the store manager was? Bet he was in his office with his feet up on the desk. That is sorry leadership. The store looks horrible! I come from retail so I understand finesse and believe me, there is none of that. The only pleasant part of the shopping experience was the sweet cashier that was working hard to keep people happy! The manager needs to go! 5/12/2017
Just as any other kohls, it is overpriced and cluttered. Don't feel bad Waco. They all are. And we are from Florida. They are as bad.

Like most Kohl's, many items are overpriced, but you can find some good deals.. Having their rewards card is helpful, esp. when the Kohl's cash is earned. However, if you are a minority, you might feel unwelcome here.. While my friend and I (both of us are African Americans) were shopping around the store, you couldn't help but feel the eyes on us. While I was trying on things in the fitting room, employees were literally following my friend around the store when he was really just looking for me. He even felt obligated to buy something just so they could feel more comfortable about him not stealing (BECAUSE NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE STEAL) and he was still continually followed. He even heard over one of the employees loud walkies for them to watch him by who I could only assume was their supervisor, very unprofessional.. The lines were decent and the cashiers otherwise friendly. Again, proceed with caution if you are of minority decent!
I really like the sale prices and the selection. They have great bedding and bath section. I have shopped here for a long time and only see one downside. I have never had a friendly sales/checker person. The first question is always about a credit card and when I say no thank you, they don't really have anything else to do with me.
