I was completely mistaken on my earlier review I apologize.
Went in today, for my first time. Was in need of an emergency extraction. Worst dental experience I've ever had. Gary Williams was VERY disrespectful towards me. Prior to the procedure, I made note to him, of my being claustrophobic and prone to anxiety. His response, "Okay, and what does that have to do with getting a tooth pulled?". Very inconsiderate of my personal needs. The entire procedure, didn't take any more than 10 minutes, at the very most. My entire body was being shook violently, from his immense attempt at the extraction. Leaving the corner of my mouth split open, and having the absolute worst pain I've ever experienced from a single extraction. Afterwards, he continued to assault me, quizzing me over which pain medication I would prefer. Excuse me, aren't you the "doctor"? In addition, the assistant could not have hated being there any more. Reading my release instructions, with a horrible attitude; sighing, monotone, not friendly whatsoever. I will NOT be going back. I WILL forewarn everybody I speak to, to keep clear of this circus.
They are amazing! Had a emergency problem, never been there and didn't have an appointment. They got me in and out quick! Whole staff was great and professional. I definitely recommend going there.
Dr Williams has taken care of three of my children and has proven to be the best combination of kindly and competent professional one could hope for. Excellent rapport with the patient, even when the procedure was more complex than expected.
