Im a first time patient of Dr. Waggener and my wife is a long time patient also and i would always hear her say what a great dentist he is and from her Love of Dr.Pepper history i seen first hand hes good work.My last Dentist was a little catastrophic to my mouth as to just take a couple of Motrin you will be fine...not so much sir.It was time to see Dr.Waggener,His staff was amazing to me,Jessie had cleaned my teeth in the best way ive ever had done.I enjoy small talk and its nice when she says something and stops for a mount so i could reply as other places they just talk and talk with no chance to reply she was a sweetheart and very thorough on her work when i met the Doctor i will say thank god he knows hes stuff because ive put my mouth through some abuse ,he said this that an this and i felt great about his options with me.I was very impressed from beginning to end and cant wait to get back net time.
Everyone at this office are great and courteous every time I come in. My Hygienist is the best and always very friendly. The whole staff makes you feel like family and it really makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience! Keep up the great work everyone!
My visit today was great. I was a patient in the period from 1980 to 1997 before moving out of state. My new dentist in the other state often remarked on the high quality of my dental work (performed by Dr. Waggener). Upon my return to this area, I also returned to Dr. Waggener. I'm completely satisfied with his practice.
I have been using Dr. Waggener as my dentist for many years and I am very happy with the compassion, level of care and professionalism of both he and his staff. He has always explained every procedure needed in detail and to my knowledge performed them professionally. Dental work is at times uncomfortable, but he and his staff do everything in their power to make is as painfree as can be had. I have no reservations in referring others to him for His work on my teeth has always stood the test of time with very few complaints.
Dr. Waggener and his entire staff could not be more welcoming. They are a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. I always leave feeling that I have been very well cared for.
I had read some of the reviews on here and to each their own but don't expect the staff to throw a party for you every time you walk in the door or even hold an caress your hand the whole time you there they are friendly,sweet, thoughtful and knowledgeable about what they do.
