Dr Endsley, was so caring and took the time to explain things to me. I was extremely pleased with him and his staff friendly and personable. I didn't feel like another number here I felt like I counted cause he took the time to listen.
Dr Endsley performed a root canal and crown on a molar that had an old crown. I had to return repeatly because the crown was not right and my teeth kept hitting together when I would try to eat. I kept expressing my concerns. He just said keep coming back I will keep adjusting it. Like most people I work so I can't keep coming in and his hours are not geared around the working class; and as a result one of other teeth became fractured so now I will have to pay for a crown on a tooth that had no problems. I have had crowns before but have never been treated this way and never had the problems that I have had with Dr. Endsley. I mean who returns 5 times to have a crown adjusted and gets a cracked tooth on top of it????? I don't usually give these kinds of reviews but I felt it necessary since it may save someone else's teeth and money.
Dr. Endsley and his staff make you feel comfortable, even if you're a big baby at the dentist's office like me! They're friendly, professional, and they take the TIME to make sure you understand what is needed before they do anything, then follow through to make sure you're fully satisfied. I highly recommend them to my entire family, friends and anyone else who will listen!
