Worst customer service. One sales lady was asking my young daughter which clothes she was keeping from the fitting room, my daughter shrugged her shoulders(reminder young daughter) because she did not know what I had decided on, the sales girl rolled her eyes at my young daughter. I said there is no hurry, I will decide when I'm ready and leave the rest on the hook where its clearly states I don't want. She did not say anything to me of course. The whole store is so unorganized and no one offers to help you find anything.

Excellent customer service. People were there when needed, not hovering and I didn't have to search the store when I did need help.
The store was so unorganized. I had trouble finding what i was looking for. This was my first time in this particular Old Navy since i haven't lived here long. I will give it another chance though. The prices were average. Nothing to brag about even though they head a sale. I also find the close are cut really small. We are big boned and this was very disappointing since i liked the style of the clothes.
