been a long life Customer until now... I still have a used the points card from day one of when they started it.. I wear there clothes head to to everyday... But i placed an order.. and the it states it shipped and i did receive it but missing a shirt and this girl gave me the run around on chat.. "Jennifer" about investigation with UPS, i received the package and there was only 1 item in it... anyway... Just irritating, i spend so much money to be told that their package information could be wrong as well as tracking number and to wait for other package cause it might b in there.. So basically the tracking information and package information is a joke and wrong... She said and wait.. Funny the one thing i wanted i never got... Nothing to do with store here in WACO, basically i love this store and people.... But customer service and when u order stuff online sucks
