Never order merchandise to be shipped to store. I placed a large order and they never called to tell me it was delivered. I had to call corporate to see where the items were. When I picked up the items a blouse was missing and they told me it was canceled. It was the one item I truly wanted. Now I get my credit card and I was charged for the blouse and when I called the company, it was delivered to the store and they will not refund my account! I am done with this. 11-1-17 UPDATE: The item was never shipped to the store even though customer service INSISTED it was there. Corporate took three days and 5 phone calls from me before they would refund my money. Sadly I will not be shopping with them anymore. I am closing my account.
Staff was friendly and helpful. 5stars for that. Clothes and bras are too expensive. 3stars for that. And not lot of selection for women size 14/16 and slimmer legs. Tired of pants/capris w/leg bottoms so wide looks like oversized bell-bottoms.
I absolutely LOVE all the girls at Lane Bryant I always feel welcomed and they always go above and beyond helping me pic an outfit or just having a simple conversation. I definitely would recommend anyone to visit Mindy (manager)& her girls at LB anytime they are a great bunch of gals, friendly , funny and courteous
