As a former model for this company, I've found the staff at this location to be okay. Dressing rooms were clean, racks were in order and the temperature was comfortable. Will definitely return and recommend!
I love this store, I been shopping here since high school me and my mother. My mother has had an faithful account as a customer for years. Only thing gets me, soon as we walk in the store, the clerk's holla, may I help you? Now I understand it's thier curtousy as a sales clerk to ask that question to customer, but somehow it a bit uncomfortable when you see some walk in and they say, welcome to Catherine's... To me my greetings says what are you doing here? I will never forget the first year I had gotten married to my husband, I took him in the store for the first time to find clothes for myself, and the look the clerk gave him that's been there for years, just because he had visual tattoos she watched him as if he was going to try and Robert the place, and little did she know, he had a pocket full of money and a job that was paying him over 800 dollars aweek. But he felt so uncomfortable he wanted out the store quickly. May I add, because my husband had A1 credit I asked him to fill out for a credit card the same day, he was immediately turned down, and I notice the same credit company they are with, Lane Bryant and Romans fell through for him within weeks apart. I'm saying, if I'm spending my money with you faithfully, treat your customers equal.. it's almost to the point of me wanting to go cooperate on you as a manager at this store only. If you don't have public skills, you shouldn't have a public job! And because of this, I do most of my Catherine's shopping online now!
