Halloween carnival was ok overall. Not much candy given unless you stood in line and played their games in the rain :-/. The inflatables were wet and slippery. The food was really good. It would have been so so so so so much better indoors since it rained and was cold. The car racing was probably the coolest, funest activity they had.
