Terrible experience with this Bank and Jim Nelson. I had a very simple lot loan that I was interested in. Without any questions or even asking for my personal balance sheet (which I am quite proud of) he simply said "we are not interested in this loan and you should go to your banker". Inasmuch, my family has banked with them for over 50 years and has kept CD's with them almost that entire period. Not a good way to treat customers. He spoke with me for less than a minute and all I received was an email saying he was not interested. Could he have asked for me to fill out application? come see me and let's talk about it? Really poor way to treat not only customers but people. I would really hate to hear how they deal with someone who had not ever done business with their bank.
I believe the staff at CB&T are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They are here for their customers. They give undivided attention when customers meet with a teller, loan officer and/or trust officer. ✔️✔️
