Also I own ferrets, I know they're stubborn but when three walls of the enclosure is PILED up with feces it's just wrong..
Just went there SEPT 2018 , such a mess everywhere , unorganized, not well stocked. I went to buy collars and leashes the whole section was almost empty. I came to Petsmart and was very pleased with the organization and the different choices I had to choose from.
I don't know if they need new management or what but I'm pretty frustrated with the lack of customer assistance. Every time I need help i can't find ANYONE but the cashier. In June I came to get a cat tree (four months pregnant) waited over twenty minutes all while also keeping an eye out for a passing employee and nothing. Today I couldn't find a single person to assist me with flea and tick prevention, not sure why you have 5 different preventatives advertised when the shelves are completely stocked with only three brands.
