Love my new swim spa cover! Easy to roll and unroll. My old one needed two people to lift and fold....... then find a place to store while using the swim spa. The new one rests on the end while the spa is in use. Easy to use and looks great! I recommend it highly!

When our pool was completed, Shawn from LAPS came out for the initial pool start up. Customer service is lacking with most businesses these days, but it was clear right away that Shawn was all about customer service. He was extremely nice, and his explanation of the pumps, chemicals, how they function, and how I could get the most for my dollar, were very clear and easy to understand. Shawn also knows his product line and it's functionality extremely well. But most of all, he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with how to maintain my pool and that I was happy. And the best part, which has helped immensely, he gave me his cell number and told me to text or call whenever I had a question. I hate to say it, but I texted him on several occasions after hours and he answered me quickly and once called to help me. That's excellent customer service! It's obvious Shawn loves his job and wants to see his customers completely happy. LAPS is lucky to have him. Thanks for everything!
I purchased a Hot Spot Rhythm in May and it was installed the first week of June. The transaction was seamless, and everyone at Lake Air was extremely helpful. My kids and I were given a full tour of the warehouse so I could see all of the spa options. Staff is professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. The guys came out to measure my deck and I was able to put a deposit down at that time. The purchase process was smooth, and there was absolutely no pressure at any time. The staff answered all of my questions at the store and during the install. The guys were extremely careful getting my spa on my deck and they got me all set up in about half a day.
