In two days, the people that took over this store from the previous people got my shoes here....a feat which may not seem incredible, until you know that I've been waiting on these shoes for a month. When I asked the previous manager, I was given the answer that basically red wing llc are being "bullies" and just aren't filling orders for this store because it's getting taken over. That wasn't the case, at least according to red wings corporate, who told us that they weren't shipping any orders because the previous operators weren't paying their bills to corporate. Thankfully, I knew this and kept on top of my order. A big thanks to Adam, who was courteous and handled the situation quickly and professionally. I love these shoes.
