so unprofessional. been on hold for the last 10 minutes waiting to see if my order has com in which took 45 minutes to order as one guy worked and the other 2 girls and guy seemed to play around oh and this was the store in waco
This store wouldn't let me return my shoes because they had a crease that was from trying them on.
My husband and son went into the waco store. The music was very loud and content was filthy. Sad that customers are subjected to that when trying to find a pair of shoes. The workers were polite, but that was overshadowed by the x-rated lyrics that were blasting overhead.
