I have eaten at this Mandarin Express restaurant three times as of today and the food has been good and the environment seem to be clean. My first experience there was quiet delightful and the employee's were friendly; so was the second one. I have only one concern and that is that the girl at the counter only check black people's $5.00 bills and did not check the white costumer's $5.00 bills; that is after I had paid cash for my purchase. I do understand that places of business must be cautious about counterfeit money. But, not when it comes to judging other's by the color of their skin.
Rice was very dry (2 packages of soy sauce barely helped it) and tasted reheated, the Mongolian chicken had a nice flavor to it but again tasted reheated. Think I will stick to my usual choices for Asian restaurants from now on.
Food is awesome
The orange chicken was the only good thing on the plate. chow main was dry the chopsticks were terrible and my food kept falling out (I know how to use chopsticks)
The older Asian lady with the short hair was so rude the last time I went there. Other than that everyone else is nice
