closes 30 minutes early and won't even serve food to a customer trying to place an orderror?

what kind of unprofessional horrible service is that?
They take really long to serve your food.. customer service isnt that good, they need new managers that can tell the employees what to do..looks like everyone is lost.. this place also need a good clean up..employees are not paying attention to cleanliness of the restaurant. other than that food tastes great.
There is NO customer service. How do they stay in business? I'll go across the street to Bush's from now on.
Arrived at 10:30, 30 minutes before closing time and the lady rudely told me I had to leave because they were not making anymore food.
AVOID
it was 25 when I actually arrived, and I asked her if they closed at 11 and she said yes but they wouldn't fire up the grill anymore.
LAZY, INCOMPETENT, AND RUDE.
It was 9:35 pm when we walked in the back was clean like they were about to close at 10 pm and we had to wait for a minute because their were people in front of us and waiting behind us too sad gotta to do BETTER
Much better staff working now then before. More attentive to customers and not rude or messing up orders as it use to be.
