It was the worst dining experience we have ever had at a chain restaurant. I like CiCi's but this one is horrible. The selection of pizza is not great. I got quite a few pieces that were cold and chewy right off the bar. I stood and waited for the brownies to be put out and when they were they were cold. The whole place was dirty with food on the floors Plates and trash were left on the tables for a long period of time there was no kind of service whatsoever. The prices keep going up and the quality of food and service keeps going down. I literally feel sick after leaving and I'm angry that I even spent my money. They don't even have a changing table in the restroom.
Well the cashier rang up drinks after she was told water only for the 2 adult and 2 children and 3 yr old in our group then explained couldn't refund it cause she has to re-ring the purchase and then it takes 3 to 5 business days which upset the adult due to right before payday and was just trying to get the kids fed before the hour drive back home. Then every table was dirty and had remnants of crumbs and stickiness all over the tabletop. What you have to bust your own tables now before eating. So washed up two tables only to get to the Buffett and see dry old pizza and old brown salad. So the adult is fussing at me cause its so nasty there (like I knew we pulled off I35 to this place). So I get upset too and told the cashier that she is upset over the mis-charge. No manager came over to make it right. No fresh pizzas were put out. We left. I will be refunded if I have to go to corporate. Don't eat there its nasty.
A bit disappointed, I love Cici's back home but this one I'm not a fan of. For one I wasn't greeted by, yes I am big on friendliness, food was nothing great, place looked a bit run down, you know honestly I don't know what it was about, but it didn't feel right. Perhaps its a bit unfair to give one star on just one visit. Oh by the way something I found strange was that apperently Cici's in Waco you have to take your dishes to a bucket, I'm used to someone picking it up but that not a reason for the 2 stars, just a comment.
Was a good place to eat until it changed management
It was 7:30 when I got there. They told me they were closing at 8:00 to clean the store and suggested that I should eat somewhere else. They were more worried about closing early than taking care of their customers. Pizza was old and they made a big deal about making fresh pizza.
