Very slow to get my rental vehicle prepped for pickup,even with a 2 hour notice of our arrival.
Like most Ryder locations, they fix your truck good enough to get down the road and out of their shop.............I didn't even make it to Temple before it had the same problem. ...........I wouldn't give Ryder one star
Got my truck fixed and the service was great. Friendly environment while waiting in the lounge.
