Al: My piano has been moved by my family alone at least 4 times and not ONCE has it EVER been disassembled. It is an old upright piano. I don't even know how one would even BEGIN to take it apart. If it was made to be disassembled, then why does it have handles on the back??? Also, who cares whether its a 3 or 4 leg piano? The legs are all attached together except through the front. I don't appreciate being mocked by you on the phone. Telling me "it's your piano and you don't even know how many legs are on it?" then laughing at me is extremely rude and VERY unproffessional. And then you tell me that you aren't going to move it without disassembling it? Maybe if you're in the business for moving large items or even moving in general, you should get to know the products that you're moving. Also, if you're in this business, it would behoove you to treat customers with respect because we customers are paying you to do a service. Just because I'm female does not make me stupid. Your website says to compare movers not just prices? Maybe before using a slogan like that, you should make sure that, as the owner, you are at least a decent and respectful person to earn the business that you're wanting from customers. Get off your high horse. You are NOT the only moving company in Waco.
Al was extremely rude on the phone. He hung up on me toward the end after I asked how quickly they move since it is by the hour. I am moving across the state and just wanted to be sure they would go the speed limit on the highway. I used them last year across Waco and they went 30mph on the highway as if to drag it out. I am very unimpressed by the rudeness and unprofessional and immature attitude over the phone.
Moved us twice, the same day I called. Usually after dark to fit us in and was always very quick and has great pricing. I've never had him be rude to me and again he came after dark to fit me in because I didn't call ahead of time because I'm a slacker.
Most awful moving experience of my life!!!! They were slow, smoking on my time, and when in transport ate on our dime too. The movers grumbled the whole time. Several items broke as the dropped boxes. This was the 3 time they moved us and the last. The other two times was fine. I wrote a letter to the owner informing him of my dissatisfaction and the attitude and performance of his employess..... don't bother, he doesn't care. He wants your money.
