Mike McKenzie, has been my agent for years now and I have never had an issue with him or the way he handles my insurance. A couple of months ago I had to file a claim for the first time and in a short period of time I had my truck fixed and invoiced paid, not to mention I no longer live in Waco and I will not even consider changing to a local agent. I've currently have Mike McKenzie as a agent since 2008 I switched agents briefly for about 6 months and I gotta give it to Mike he set the bar high which is why he is back being my agent. Since the day I first walked into his office he has met every expectation I have in an Insurance agent. Walking into his office I was automatically greeted with a smile by his office staff, they were very knowledgeable and took the time and effort to walk me thru the type of coverages and policies they have to offered and even recommended better coverage than what I had to help me protect my family while we are on the road. Over the past few years he's opened my eyes to the importance of protecting my family financially in the event of my death, how important saving up for my children's college savings. They have done everything in their power to help me sleep at night knowing they will be taken care of. I recently contacted his office regarding a new home I am purchasing HE personally emailed and called me regarding the quote on the home and the importance of having the home properly covered. I'm not sure if the previous reviewers were even in the right office, this does not sound like the Mike McKenzie's office that I have been doing business with for the past 8 1/2 years.
