The front desk staff was very friendly. I had some issues with being able to get services; they only do walk-ins until 2, a fact that I didn't see posted anywhere, so my first couple visits were a waste. I had to make an appointment and ended up not getting the service done I originally scheduled (a well-woman exam) so I had to schedule that specific service for a second visit. However, during my first scheduled visit, I got urine and blood tests done, as well as a cursory physical exam for some problems I've been experiencing. The staff was knowledgeable, nonjudgmental, and discreet. I was able to leave with three months worth of birth control and STD/pregnancy testing done, as well as a stack of papers with loads of information; because of my income, I paid half the bill and Title X paid the rest. I felt very comfortable there in a facility with mostly women (and the occasional boyfriend tagging along) where I was able to get the services I need for an affordable price without anyone being sanctimonious or judgemental.
Gyno exams
They are amazing. When I couldn't get any medical help with my cervical cancer scare they helped me get what I needed to check it out. And continued to help after it was over.

2nd time waited 10 minutes for them to gather up my B.C. in and out in no time. :)

Friendly staff! Birth control that is easily accessible and affordable! Annual visits, std, HIV and cancer screenings... Say what you want but without this place this would be a much harder world to live in for women!
The wait IS fairly long for no obvious/apparent reasons. Had to wait over an hour the first time I went, with only 3 people in the lobby.
