If it would let me put no stars I would have. Went in today and asked for help 3 times. One girl finally called for anther associate to help me but after 30 minutes no one showed up. So I left and went and spent my money at Home Depot. I will definitely think twice before going back
Have usually had good experiences at this location. Today I picked up a couple items and gave the cashier a coupon code that allowed a small discount. She told me that they no longer are taking them which I’m fine with if that’s their policy. The cashiers name was lakeisha and the way she talked down to me while checking out was completely unacceptable. This lady is rude and abrasive and not how folks in customer service should act. I will avoid her line at all costs if I chose to return to this location. I would guess she has had issues In The past based on how defensive and aggressive she was with me.
My son needs quality construction materials for a Boy Scout project. Lowe's has the best products and prices for this task. A great shopping experience and I appreciate the veterans' discount!
Waited over 20 minutes for help at the board cutting station Sunday. Got there a little after 11, and there was only 1 guy working the whole dept. Fortunately the cashier was very friendly and engaging, so that pretty much saved the visit.
