Needless to say I've got five very disappointed kids. And one parent who's not going back.
Ten and twelve year old son's to small to get good bounce like they do at there Albuquerque home bounce place. But it got them real tired real fast which was a plus for me! Set up very nice for those doing acrobatics.
Was super fun and the kids all had a blast. But it was packed and we walked right in unnoticed, played, and left. So it's not the safest for kids.Chuck e cheese at least makes kids and parents get stamps on their arms so randos can't waltz in, pick a child, and leave. Maybe implement some safety measures, because I highly doubt the prepubescent kids you hire care if chomos walk in to collect kids.
Great way to work off some excess energy. My 12 year old brother loved it. The price wasn't bad. I'm very satisfied. We will come back.
In addition, they now require you to buy their urban air socks to use their facility. All the third party sites said was that you had to have socks. So this was even an additional charge.
I pulled up the third party website and showed the manager that it said five to eight and nowhere said that it was for only one hour. He looked it over and agreed with me that he couldn't find anywhere where it said it was just for one hour and called the general manager who was not on duty at the time. The general manager said that what it said on the 3rd party website was irrelevant because on their main Urban Air website it said it was only one hour.
I bought a special family night package through a link on Facebook. It took me to a third party site that Urban Air uses to sell its packages online. It said that the deal was from 5 till 8. After we've been there for an hour we were told that we had to leave because the package was only for one hour.
We have always went to a Sky Zone before moving to central Texas and I wish there was one here! I'm very disappointed with Urban Air! It is DIRTY!!!! You can jump barefoot (no telling how much fungus is on the trampolines) or purchase their socks but you can't jump in your own socks. They didn't have very many sock sizes available. At least with Sky Zone the socks are apart of the entry fee! The orange dividers are visible filthy! The place is run by a bunch of kids. Save your money and time!!!!!
The problem is that at no point was I directed to the main Urban Air website just a third-party sale site. No where on the Facebook page or the third party site that it directed me did it say that it was for only one hour. This would have been such an easy problem for them to fix and it would have cost them nothing, but they were simply unwilling to do the right thing.
