The staff are always friendly and helpful. I love the hydromassage. With few exceptions, the place is impeccably clean. "Judgement free zone" is really true. Even the other members are friendly and supportive.
Love going to this GYM Employees are always there if you need them! Clean!
When I work out, I'm there to get in my work out and go on my way. It's not a showy place to see who can lift more or show off bodies and physique. If You're looking for a clean gym with the basics for a reasonable price, this is the place. Everyone that works there has been friendly to me.
I have stayed away from gyms because i am very self conscious of myself so I don't want to go somewhere I am going to be made fun of, when alls I am trying to do is better myself. Planet Fitness has made me feel right at home from the very beginning! I am very happy of the choice I made
This was my first planet fitness, I travel so I'm constantly in new places. My first experience was good, I'm not new to working out so it was not too complicated jumping in and getting to work, I was slightly intimidated at first because I didn't really know where anything was but once I talked myself into looking around it was fairly easy to navigate. Facility was cleaning there was a leak front the ceiling in one area but it looked like they were preparing to have that taken care of, and the staff at the desk was friendly. More people at the weight area than I expected, overall it was a nice experience. I plan to go back in the morning before leaving Waco.
