Made a reservation online. Went to pick it up and they said they had no available cars for days. Why would you accept a reservation then? This place sucks

I was in a tough position. I had wrecked my car and needed a one way rental to Dallas. The counter representative was very helpful and gave me a good rate.
Was told to come here to swap a faulty vehicle and then was told they had no vehicles... And wanted to send us to another location over an hour away... And then they didn't have any vehicles either... Waste of time... I didn't even get the vehicle I paid for to begin with pay for a full size got a sub compact... Ended up renting from Enterprise no surprizes there. Avis doesn't even deserve 1 star...
I set up a same day rental got to the rental place no cars. Now I understand I set up in the same day but it should have been advised that possibly no cars would be available. Why have the option to pick up same day if no cars are available. The policy should be to only find out in person. All was said sorry no cars. Unprofessional.
