Worst pedicure I've had in a while. I wanted to go to Serenity, but they were closed. The woman doing my pedicure rushed through everything...my feet weren't even in the water 5 minutes total, she didn't clean around the nail, check for ingrown nails (which I have the beginnings of), and didn't even attempt to get rid of the rough skin on my heels. I will not be returning and I'll probably go back to Serenity as soon as they're back open to get a proper pedicure.
Really rude employees. The entire salon was empty but they would not let my sister and I sit by one another. I got a manicure and they charged me $5 more than what it is supposed to be. When I said something they just laughed then argued with me so I just paid it. But he did a terrible job on a simply manicure. Was painting my skin all around the nail, he tried to get some of it off later but most is still on my skin. My sister had them try to rip her off too. On the sign outside it says "full $20 fill $15" they charged her $25 on her card but wrote $20 so she wouldn't see. When she saw it on her card she told them she would not pay it and made them give her the five dollars cash back. Still ripped her off $5. Will not be going back.
I love this place. The staff are kind, they do great work, and they have a huge variety of colors to choose from. I always get shellac, and it routinely lasts longer than two weeks. My mother and I both got pedicures there for the first time recently and it was super relaxing!
Worst pedicure I have ever in my life had!! He did not cut my toenails or even ask if I wanted them cut. He kept poking me with the sharp instrument they clean your cuticle with he was going so fast. He spent all of 2 minutes per foot with the hard buffer to get the dead skin off of my feet, heels, sides, bottom. I asked if this is it for a pedicure and he just smiled and said yes. HA! is all I could say. Oh and I can't forget the one minute lotion rub down on each foot/leg. I was told this place was good. NOT! I will not be back to Happy Nails, I was not Happy when I left.
I guess I am not the only one that got a horrible pedicure here. I have been to several nail salons in Waco in search of the perfect mani -pedi and this was by far the Worst $25 I ever spent! Nails filed unevenly, polish thick and bumpy work lots of air bubbles and lots of polish on my cuticle. I will not be going back here.
