Beautiful campus and great to see students on campus tours and jogging on a Saturday morning! Nice bookstore too!

All thumbs down for this place.
Everyone here at Baylor University is so sweet and polite. Very professional place that God is leading for sure! Even people visiting they are very welcoming into the community as well!
** Erica the charge nurse on ICU was worst of all. I couldn't even look her in the eyes bc of the disrespect she gave my family and I in the time we needed comfort.... requesting to transfer my mother asap.
Then, once the got her adjusted in her new room in ICU I walked in to sit &' No nurse informed us of the next step or what they were even doing and he even avoid some questions.
The staffing is EXTREMELY RUDE. Every time some nurse would walk in they NEVER informed us about what they were about todo to her. Starting w/ the ER the Nurses walked into to move my mom to ICU &' never mentioned her name nor said Hi then I say her adjusting her bed &' after I said "oh we're moving here Now ?" They said "Yeah"...
Then, the "Nurse in charge" I guess that who she was came in the room with a rude tone telling the nurse to do something. &' you could tell their was some little sas back &' forth w/ the two.
Get better nurses who pay attention &' who are attentive to what I ask. &' don't argue in front of patients. Did not make me feel like I nor my mom was in a helpful environment.

When we went on a visit they didnt really show us around, they told us where everything is but, they let us into the athletes area where they work out
ICU Night Staff SUCKS.
I would rather be in pain then EVER go to this place. Send me to medical city.
Even when I was a patient myself they were rude but blew it off. They DO NOT care about their patients WHAT- SO- EVER.
