We arrived and Mark met us at the entrance in his golf cart and led us to our site. He even helped us level our trailer and we enjoyed his company while we set up. I would recommend this park to anyone!

Drove into our pull thru and commented how gorgeous this property is! Lots of space for each rig surrounded by plenty of trees. Grounds are clean and site equipment is new and clean. Owner welcomed us and showed us to our site. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Waco.
Wow, this place is worthy of the high marks it receives all over the Internet. "Park Mark" set us up with a great spot shaded from the Texas heat. He even parked our RV for us! Great guy whose positive attitude is infectious. We'll be back!
Do yourself a favor and stay here!!! Mark is so helpful and full of knowledge of the area, really enjoyed visiting with him. Sadly we were only here one night. Dogs enjoyed their stay as much as we did, we will certainly be back!
