Called to have a package held at this office since I wouldn’t be available. They said sure no problem. Goto the pickup location the next day and the package isn’t available and the lady tells me that they close at 830 and the truck would be back at 9. I let them know that I really need the package tonight. She said go down the ramp and talk to supervisor. Spoke with a gentleman that said the truck would be back and I can wait till the . I understand that mistakes happen but BOTH folks I delt with totally blew me off. Neither even apologized for a mistake the company made. These folks could use a total makeover on their customer service. This isn’t my first experience that was very similar with this location. If you talk to anyone down there I suggest you get names and escalate it. I certainly will next time I get the bad customer service
The UPS Service Center information on this web site says that you are OPEN from 9 - 11:30 AM and from 4 - 8:30 PM. NOT SO!! The are NOT open for ''mailing / sending' a package until 4 PM and close at 7 PM. I just drove 15 miles to beat the 11:30 deadline only to be refused and have to return at 4 PM to send a package. It does NOT indicate that information on their web site. Also, the address is incorrect. It is at the end of Spanos Drive, NOT off Schroeder Drive
The service helper tried to help me for like 20 mins. I was the only customer there at the time. This was around 5pm on a Friday. The helper kept looking but honestly I didn't see any critical assessment type looking, just picking up a few boxes and wandering to the next area of boxes. I know it wasn't her fault cuz it was boxes galore everywhere. Also she had help from another person who did critically look around. It honestly wasn't there and they were quite kind about it. However, this happened to me twice before and this is why I PAUSED before selection this location as a pick up after 5pm. My package has still not been located even though I received a confirmation saying it was ready for pick up. It's likely on a truck still and I'll be without it for a few days over the weekend. I choose and paid for a faster shipment but here we are. Home for the weekend without my package. A real bummer. I need my medicine asap.
Lost packages. Left them at the wrong address. Never got a knock on the door or note saying they came by. Then it took a month for the lost package investigation to be completed. During that time I made calls handling the back and forth calls between UPS and Max Auto. This company was good at delivering but has fallen off the totem poll. This location needs to retrain the employees at better service.
Put in a request on their website to have package held at their office for pickup. Was supposed to get a call about arranging the pickup. 8 hours, no call. Called them to arrange it, and was told I could get it at 8:30. Went in at 8:00, and the guy there said I couldnt get it because the driver would come in at 8:30 and pickup hours would be over. He said they would have it delivered tomorrow, even though it was supposed to be held at their office. I put a hold request for a reason. Why are they delivering it again when I was told it would be held.
When i called them, it took 6 minutes of the phone ringing before anyone finally picked it up. Then i was put on hold for another 5 minutes before someone would talk to me.
