And finally, they like fooling people. For example, they fooled my roommate that if he doesn't renew the lease right now, the price will go up later up to $500. But now people are getting the lease for $400. So he lost $1200. Also, I referred a friend who is living there for $400. And I was promised to get $200 gift card for the referral. However, they had been telling me "it will arrive soon" during 3 months. And every time I had different reasons for delay. But finally, they told me that I'm not getting gift card, because I'm not resident anymore.
The renovations the new management has done to this property have been AWESOME! The maintenance team is always helpful and very efficient! Love all the sweet students and residents that live on property! The best place I've made home away from home!
Secondly, dishwasher was full of dirty water. And yet, the maintenance did not fix it. So there was smell in kitchen and we had to rinse dishwasher everyday, even if we we were not using it.
I have lived here for 3 years. And I'm not one to write bad reviews, but do not live here. There have been 4 different management companies, a new one every year and once 2 different ones in the same year. Each successive company has tried to fix what is wrong with the place and the same problems exist. I have been understanding but 3 years is enough. They manage to renovate and upkeep the clubhouse area and the pool. But they could take all that money and use it for practical improvements on the rest of the property. But all that matters is that pool area, so they can lure unsuspecting people to signing a lease. But I do want to emphasize, the people that work in the office are not to blame. They try to help as much as they can. They are very helpful. It's really the property owner and the upper management off-site. The maintenance person does the best he can, I think he is the only one they have right now. So spread very thin. I have had so many things that have irritated me over the years. And there are many incidents that have happened over the years, but I don't have enough room to write it all down. I have not signed another lease. My advice, do not move here. It is not worth the trouble.
Thirdly, COCKROACHES!!! It was a disaster! We had to kill hundreds of cockroaches ourselves.
If you respect yourself and your rights, Enclave is the worst place to live.
I moved into the Enclave a year ago and have had nothing but positive things to say. From the office staff to maintenance, they have all been incredibly helpful and nice when I need something. Don't always only listen to the bad reviews.. there are definitely great things about this property!
I have lived at the Enclave for 4 months now and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The management team is incredible, maintenance gets things done very efficiently, and the apartments are super modern and nice to live in!
Firstly, AC was not working correctly during half year and they didn't fix it even when we asked for several times. AFAIK it is not working still after I left. Moreover, we (3 roommates) were paying $150+ for electricity. Basically, we were paying for non working AC.
Don't believe in these reviews they are fake! I had been living there for 2016-2017 and had worst housing experience ever!
