They are rude people told me to call back 30 minutes cause she can't do nothing right now didn't even let me ask my question
Nobody watches the children. Children are everywhere with no structure or direction. Children are walking and talking like adults and showing no respect to adults walking pass. Too much horse playing in the pool area. So very dangerous! One life guard settles the area while the other is probably friends with them and scared to address the problem. Smh. I expected better.
I love Doris Miller,because have been to many events here,the staff is friend ,and it's a very family oriented place,the last event I went was a swim day at the Y with Church Under the Bridge members,had a great,fond memories for all who went,thank you Doris Miller Y for making this events special.
We went on New Years eve 2016. We live an hour away so we called to make sure they were open. They said yes. So we made the drive. We get there, pay and go to the pool. It's locked. We go to leave and we find out we are locked in the breezeway. We banged on the door for 15 minutes before anyone heard us. Went to get our money back and they wouldn't refund us. Tried to give us a free pass that expired that day. I've been calling ever since to get a refund, each time talking to a manager with the promise of a phone call back. Here we are almost a year later and nada. It's only $13 so we won't die without it. But we sure won't ever go there again. And we will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
They let rapoport academy use their gym and the staff is all around nice
