Used to be the best pharmacy in town, but has gone downhill in the past year; especially since moving to the new location. With 4 drive through stalls and a beautiful lobby you would think someone could get a decent rate of service. And what ever happened to the friendly service? Now every time I go the employees are rude, hateful, bickering between each other, and don't get my information correct.
We switched to this pharmacy about maybe 6months now. We used to use Drug Emporium and NEVER had issues with them. We enjoyed the convenience of the drive thru. BAD IDEAL. We had problems EVERY month with something. And no one you talk to gives the same answer. They ALWAYS blamee it on the doctors offices. And they have lost 3 of our prescriptions. Very unprofessional....some of their staff was rude most days. Needless to say i left there today with no prescriptions and they had filled about 8 for my husband and i. This was the 3rd day we came up their to pick up ALL of them and still there was 3 they didn't have. So we are going back to Drug Emporium.....
I will be changing pharmacies after today's experience!
We have done business since they opened this location. Always friendly. Medications are usually correct when I walk in and if not they get right on it and complete it ASAP.
Great people. I finally had enough of HEB telling me a time to come back for my prescriptions and them never being ready on time. I can walk into Pharmacy Plus with one in hand and walk out in 15 minutes.
Have been coming to this pharmacy for years with just a few problems but the location was convenient and I continued to come. Until just recently I had enough with their attitude and disrespect. Pharmacies should be helpful and patient with customers who have questions. Not stappy and rude like I'm a nuisance. I will never take my business back to this Pharmacy Plus. Should be able to give zero stars.
