The management, convenience, cost, and email notifications are excellent. I will be returning every time I need an item of clothing laundered.
They've always done good work- and they can send out for alterations and shoe repair as well. I've had good luck with both of those services. The best though is that Patrick is a real person and a good guy. If there's anything wrong he'll work with you to get it right.

They are very efficient and I love the email notifications. My clothes have always been ready the next day and you receive an email as soon as the clothes are ready to pick up. One time I had spilled something on a dress and the mark was still there when they gave the clothes back - I would have liked an acknowledgment that they tried to get it out and couldn't rather than just handing it back to me and me finding out at home. They have a student discount that is very handy for Baylor students.
