The lack of kitchen products in the showroom and lack of an informed salesperson has lost your business close to $10,000 worth of sales.
Customer service sucks! I will never deal with them again!
On the second occasion, a nice girl finally came out to greet us but had no clue about the products. We were in dire need of a new top of the line dishwasher. Needless to say, we purchased one elsewhere.
The showroom mainly consists of bathroom items - no kitchen stuff to speak of.
tons of kitchen stuff, including faucets and sinks, soap dispensers, hot water dispensers, water filtration systems etc. as well as bathroom stuff.
Updated - Originally I had left a one star review, but thanks to Frank Thomas over there, they worked with us and found a solution to an issue we had with a tub we had ordered. Appreciate them going above and beyond and look forward to doing business in the future.
I have been in this business 3 times and will NOT return. On the first occasion, no one came into the showroom. We left after about 20 minutes without seeing anyone.

The same pretty girl came into the showroom on our third. We asked about the KitchenAid display. We were told they were redoing it and it might be a couple of months. "But I can show you on the web site." I told her that I had already see the items on the web site but wanted to see them in person.
