Buyers Beware. And to paraphrase the warranty rep who is at my house right now Stylecraft only meets the minimum requirements to build a house and as long as it's good enough that all they have to do. I have gaps throughout my flooring, I have leaking doors and a bannister that shakes.

We bought a home that had already been built and absolutely love it. These are new homes, so there will be little quirks that pop up with them. Thankfully the maintenance man and builder are prompt and pleasant to work with!

My Fiance and I moved into our newly built Stylecraft home recently and continue to be very happy with our home. This was my first home buying experience and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. We hit a few bumps along the road while building our house, which my fiance said 'was to be expected'. I absolutely LOVE our home! It has so much character even in a neighborhood of production homes. We got to select all of the finishes (tile, granite, flooring, paint, trim, cabinets and more) and we even were able to customize our bathroom by removing the garden tub and replacing it with a 6 foot shower. Jessi, the Sales Assistant at the time of our build who is now the Sales Executive, was knowledgeable about the homes and helpful in the selections for our dream. She was instrumental in our decision to buy a Stylecraft home. I can tell you that the few problems we had with the roof leaking and the A/C leaking were fixed in a timely manner. There are bound to be problems any time you build a new home- there are too many things that can go wrong to not have any problems! Having said that, the warranty/repair team at Stylecraft has been great to work with and very responsive. I would strongly recommend purchasing a Stylecraft home!
