Went to this funeral home for my mother in law. These people are very professional and courteous in our time of grieving. We spoke with Matt and Heather and both of them worked really well with us on everything. They took their time and listened to everything we had to say and helped us each step of the way. My Mother-in law looked great and they took such care with her and truly listened to how we wanted her to look and didnt just cake on a whole bunch of makeup. They have the best prices around and also helped us come up with the best possible memorial within our budget. Will highly recommend to anyone who finds themselves having to plan a funeral for a loved one.
We shopped different funeral homes. Didn't realize what a sales system we were going to face! The last thing we needed was pressure to buy more and more. Lori at Pecan Grove was gracious and just asked questions so she could create the most memorable experience. She was NOT pushy but incredibly helpful...even with things that had nothing to do with her job. The entire staff was quite kind and patient. We paid 30% less for a high-quality, beautiful service.
They did both my mom and dads funerals and they were awesome and made it easy and worry free. They were friendly and cared. My parents looked great and were treated with respect.
