I would give them no stars but that isn't an option. I have been coming here for 30 years and they just lost my business. I have my car hand washed after 40 minutes I didn't see my car come to the front I walked back and my car was sitting in the back. I asked if it was done and they said we will check 10 minutes later they said no one had started on it. They finally starts on it I went back inside and one of the workers came in and said they were washing it and it got overlooked because they had not called it out in the back, I was standing by him when he called out......they finally finished and I left when I got home I noticed my passenger side front mat was turned over. I fixed it and checked the back- both back floor mats were missing- bottom line they said there were no back floor mats in my car really? So they just lost my business, very unprofessional and they need some ethics classes .
This is there idea of washing a car. When I asked to speak with a manager he said that's as good as it gets. What a scam do waste your time or money here.
