It's actually a nice remote area if that's what your looking for, otherwise, there area no nearby retail businesses and or stores.
Great place to stay near Waco. Owners are outstanding people. They went out of their way to take care of our needs. Staying two weeks and have family joining the second week. They held the camp site next to us empty for two days so family can be next to us.

Full hookups with great 30A power, sewer, solid water pressure, and a wide range of CATV channels. Very quiet neighborhood with level pads and decent space between neighbors. Owners are very accommodating. Give it a try!
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very large, clean pool. I love the trees and quiet atmosphere. Playground for children and a fenced in dog park were a bonus.
Spent a weekend in pull-through pad #15. Lots of shade and easy access to major roads. Just minutes from the Baylor campus and on the "good side" of McLane Stadium -- you never even have to get on the Interstate to get around campus.
