The Waco park has gone downhill. Was not as clean this past summer and several things broken throughout the summer. They have also increased the cooler season pass so much that doesn't pay to get it. I have had season passes for the last 5 years or so will probably pass on this year.
Took our grand children for the day. It was ok. Hard to take kids to other rides within park because not enough seating if you are watching them play. The cabanas are over priced but felt we needed it to get out of sun for rest periods. Rides were fun. Kids enjoyed it. We made memories. I will give the park 3 out of 5 stars.
We came for our son's birthday today. They played for 1 hour and then there was a thunder storm. They closed the park for TWO HOURS and refused to give us a rain voucher for the $85 we spent getting in. We spent two hours waiting for them to close the water park so we could get the voucher but their policy is that they don't give vouchers after 4pm. So the park was closed from 1-3 and they are holding out until 4 to close it so that no one gets a refund. Take your money to a different park.
My family and I planned a trip to the Hawaiian Falls in Waco and opted to rent a Cabana. I wanted to acknowledge the fantastic service that we received from Caleb L. I am a disabled man and while my family and their friends were enjoying the park, Caleb consistently checked on me. Thank you for espousing the values of the Christian company you work for and for making this visit memorable. I would recommend renting a cabana on your next visit for service that will enhance your experience.
Great for younger kids 12 and under. Although if your child is under 42 inches there is only one kiddie slide they can do (even with a parent). Smaller size park but good for a fun day away!
