Flying home for a funeral and the nit picky attendant at the gate is making this day much harder than it has to be. I have had other bad flight w/ American, but after today I will not fly and I would suggest others reconsider before flying with the Airline.
Used this airport five times so far. No hassle whatsoever. They put us in a limousine once due to overbooking and we made it to our connecting flight with no issue.
Always a pleasant experience with all personnel who work there. I am also a active duty Soldier, flights home are always cheaper. And this latest time especially is why I am posting this. I was bringing my dress uniform home with me for a special occasion. Once it ran through the x-Ray machine the gentleman took special care to had it to me. Which really made me feel great. Thank you all
Very small airport. 3 gates total. A little shabby, but the staff were very friendly.
First time in any airport. Everyone was very polite and helped me through everything. I literally didn't know how to buy a ticket. Gonna miss Waco.
