This is about the third time i had been to this irs office in the past week. I had made an appointment and turned out they were at lunch waited an additional 20 minutes before the security guard let me in. Once i was seen the representative was so rude it was ridiculous. He pretty much was frustrated with me because i didnt have the right documents with me. That was when i explained to him i had no idea of what i needed. Needless to say it was a horrible experience. I think they need to hire people with better customer service skills.
Staff we had wasn't the friendliest "fella" but he knew exactly what he did and what he was talking about! We got the help we needed and some extra infos as well. Now if the staff would have been a little nicer i would have given 5 full stars! ;)
Dead end phone que and no way to "back-up" several attempts to reach a breathing person all to no avail.
Unable to speak to anyone. Moved recently and need to give current address. Automated system will not allow me to schedule an appointment.
Went on 7-7-16 at 10:00 and only had to wait 30 minutes. Andrea (think that was her name) was very helpful and nice.
